Money management and estate planning have an intertwining relationship.
Did You Know...?
The better you understand one the more you can plan for the other one.
It's ok, I did too!
So, why am I willing to invest my time, effort and money in helping you?
It's been over 20 years and I still hurt after what occurred with the handling of my father's estate--some wishes honored & some were ignored; some bonds built & some permanently destroyed. With all of that time and effort he put into trying to protect his estate that he worked so many years to accumulate, diminished just within a couple of months. Now, today, I still keep seeing the same things happen with others ---family after family. I personally believe that none of that would have happened to my father or to some of these other families I am seeing today, if my father and these other families had the information and advice, I am willing to provide you.
No one should ever have to face what my family, friends and loved ones faced after my own father’s untimely death. And all of these other families shouldn't have to face it TODAY!
Also, I know if you can take control of your money NOW, you will be able to benefit from instituting financial goals and estate planning instruments that will provide you the protection you seek for generations to come.
And I don't believe that our younger professionals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners should have to wait and work 30+ years for us to then just be hopeful and just dream to live life long enough to have a financial plan and build generational wealth in some time in some unknown future. WE CHOOSE NOW!
I believe that we should be able to Flex on making our money ($$$) NOW and stacking it ($$$) TALL & Still Buying it ALL, while still Protecting it ($$$) Wide, then going Deep Dive & Legacy UP HIGH! NOW not LATER! Let's show them how!
I am...TaQuita, your TexasLawDIVA (Defending Individuals Virtuously & Affordably) who takes pride in providing you professional quality service, cost effective and personable legal assistance.
With over 20 years of experience, as a Probate/Estate Planning Attorney, I have had to address calls and requests that have been quite daunting knowing that these loved ones are at the end of their lives and are looking for ways to spend those last moments with some sort of “quality of life” for themselves and their heirs/beneficiaries.
Over these many years, I keep seeing it time and time again that estate planning and financial planning have an intertwining relationship.
The more these individuals had control over their money the more they gained control over their estate planning goals and are able to adequately build and Gracefully eventually give it FREELY.
